The company needed to better demonstrate their value to existing customers and improve customer retention through documented success stories.

In June 2024, Zoko's founder Arjun Paul approached Aashish, the Founder of Gotomarketers with a specific challenge: customer retention. Through initial discussions, it became clear that Zoko's team lacked a streamlined process for documenting and publishing case studies that demonstrated their impact on existing customers. This gap was affecting their ability to showcase their value proposition and maintain customer relationships.

Arjun requested GoToMarketers to create and publish 20 case studies across different formats (text, PDF) over a two-month period. The solution involved three key components working together to address Zoko's documentation gap. The first component focused on process development, which included creating a structured approach for case study documentation, establishing workflows between customer success, product, and engineering teams, implementing data collection and validation procedures, and setting up consistent publishing standards across the website and LinkedIn. Project execution formed the second component, involving prioritizing case studies based on available data and strategic importance, weekly delivery of three case studies in multiple formats, close collaboration with Zoko's design team, marketing head, growth head, and engineering team, along with end-to-end ownership of stakeholder management and process execution. Quality control served as the third component, featuring weekly validation sessions with Arjun, engineering team verification of technical data, consistent formatting across all platforms, and comprehensive coverage of key elements in each case study including business context, specific features utilized, implementation timelines, impact metrics, customer decision factors, and problem resolution details. The project successfully delivered all 20 case studies within the two-month time frame.
